We have been made aware of a cPanel anomoly that is affecting some of our clients where they are unable to access their control panel due to proxy issues.

We have been notified of an email anomoly bouncing back emails sent to Outlook and RocketMail.

After conducting our investigation we have noticed that there are further issues pertaining to the SMTP routes. 

We have temporarily disabled this in order to continue to debug the issues. Please note that spam will not be captured whilst our protection is offline so you may experience higher than normal spam reciept to your inbox.

We have implemented a new spam destruction filter.

From initial reports, Spam is being blocked in 99.87% of cases from rogue addresses.

Please note that this is not including authorized mail providers and/or insecure email forms without reCaptcha enabled.

Maintenance Alert - Scheduled Downtime

Update #1

We're opening a scheduled window for downtime in our London location to carry out some essential maintenance to ensure no unanticipated downtime in the future.

Start date / time - 05/02/2017 @ 15:00 (BST)
End date / time - 05/02/2017 @ 19:00 (BST)

Description of works - We are moving our host nodes to a Bristol-based data center to increase our network infrastructure stability and reliability for all of our client services and products.

Please note: We are going to replicate our hosting server to enable support and billing along with web hosting clients to stay online during this migration. Gaming and Voice Services should remain unaffected however, the following services will not be available during this time:
 
 - Radio Streaming
 - Video Conferencing
 - Video Streaming
 - Telephone Sales/Support

We shall update this post once the maintenance period has started, and been closed and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Update #2

Due to the extreme weather conditions that the UK has been affected by as of late, We have had to reschedule the migration date from the 5th March to the 12th March 2018.

We have created a duplicate hosting server to attempt to keep most of our services, help center and support along with websites on line during this period but advise that their MAY be some anomalies with the temporary server.

All clients with hosted domains through VAU Networks will automatically have their domains updated to point to the new IP address of our Hosting service on or before the 12th, IF You do not have domains hosted with ourselves please ensure you update your "NS1" A Record to our new NS1 Address around the 11th.

We have put alot of hard work into trying to make this migration as seamless as possible but cannot guarantee that everything will be completely operational whilst the physical units are in transit to the new datacenter in Bristol.

Can we also please advise all clients with hosted websites to refrain from updating your website files or conducting any tasks on your billing/hosting accounts (between the period of the 11th-13th) until the migration has been fully completed. Any changes made during the migratory perid will be lost as the temporary server will be terminated once the servers have been installed and are operating automatically from our new ip ranges.

Please note that the expected migration date is not anticipated to change, However we will let you know should this need amending nearer the time.

We have completed the migration to the new datacenter. However we discovered unexpected outages and we are currently investigating the issues: Telecoms and Radio Streaming are currently offline during this investigation, however all cPanel, Emails and Gaming are fully operational.

We are currently in the process of upgrading our gaming infrastructure. In immenent future we will be changing the IP address that your service operates via.

During this pre-migration time we do not expect to have outages or issues; but you should be aware their could be a small possibility of some minor anomolies during this intensive process.
